RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Train2Rise, all products are digital fitness programs delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital products and the access granted shortly after purchase, all sales are final and no refunds or returns will be issued once an order is processed.
No Refund Policy By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You have read the full program description before purchasing
- Digital access is granted shortly after payment confirmation
- No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted after purchase
Exceptions We will only consider a refund in the following cases:
- You were charged twice for the same order
- You never received access to your program within 48 hours of purchase and our support team was unable to resolve the issue

European Union Customers Please note that under EU consumer protection law, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to digital content that has already been accessed or downloaded with your prior consent.
