DIGITAL DELIVERY POLICY
At Train2Rise, all products are digital fitness programs. There is no physical shipping involved in any of our orders.
How Delivery Works Upon successful payment, your program access details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 48 hours for your program to be prepared and delivered through our designated third-party platform.
Delivery Issues If you have not received access within 48 hours of your purchase, please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot find it, contact us at team@train2rise.com and we will resolve it promptly.
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by:
- Incorrect email addresses provided at checkout
- Technical issues on the part of the third-party platform
- Emails filtered into spam or junk folders
No Physical Shipping As all our products are digital, no physical items will be shipped and no shipping fees will be charged.
